The Cocktail Parlour By Hartford Flavor Company

This is a beautiful restaurant I visited this past weekend during the Bridgerton Ball event. I love walking into establishments that hit you with charm, whimsy and color. This place did not disappoint! I ordered the frittata, which was delicious, although overcooked on top. I look forward to returning to try more dishes and cocktails.

Got to try the newly (only 8 months old) cocktail bar - Hartford Flavor Cocktail Parlor tonight! Drink 1 - clarified key lime pie — a perfectly made clarified punch that’s clarified through gluten-free graham crackers. You can absolutely taste the tartness of the lime, as well as the depth of the crackers. Drink 2 - lady in red - citrus forward with deep notes of cinnamon! Delicious - would get again! Crème brûlée trio - strawberry lime, pandan, and orange — each of these were delicious and perfectly sweet, and the sugar crack was exactly what the doctor ordered! Other notes - women owned and operated, with a gorgeous female bartender! The decor is very girly pop and romantic and whimsical - great for date night or also for a date with your mother! The manager Sabrina was so kind and gave us a little mini tour, and you could see her passion for the space! They also serve food and have multiple fun spaces that you can rent out for events. The whole kitchen is gluten free so there’s no cross contamination. They also have a board game closet in case you’d like to chill!

It’s like stepping into a different era. The atmosphere is whimsy and fun. The cocktails are top notch. The charcuterie board was great but the desserts were even better. The crème brûlée trio is extraordinary.

I had a really excellent solo dinner with cocktails at this lush spot. The location is so well appointed and themed and I absolutely love the idea of bringing some friends and playing board games. I had the duck breast and it was phenomenal as was the Kalamata olive martini and their take on an old fashioned.

Such a beautiful restaurant and it's perfect that it's near the Hartford Stage. The food was incredible and fairly priced and the drinks were really unique and the service was great. Highly recommend for anyone seeing a show or happen to be nearby.

My friend and I were visiting from several states away and saw this place on social media. It was one of the best experiences I have had at a restaurant in a long time. The service was unmatched, the entire vibe of the restaurant was just breathtaking, the cocktails were crafted perfectly, with a drink menu for everyone. We were a little apprehensive about the menu at first, but we loved everything. If you are in the area (or even if you’re not) this place is a must!

Hartford Flavor Cocktail Parlour is one of those rare places that completely surprises you from the moment you walk through the door. Located on Pratt Street in downtown Hartford, this restaurant and cocktail bar feels like stepping into another world. Every detail of the space has been thoughtfully designed. The décor is artistic, stylish, and full of character without feeling overdone. You can tell a tremendous amount of care has gone into creating an atmosphere that is both sophisticated and welcoming. What makes the experience even more impressive is that the restaurant is entirely gluten-free. Even if that isn’t something you’re specifically looking for, the quality of the food will make you forget about labels and dietary categories altogether. We started with the toast, and it was exceptionally tasty. Simple dishes often reveal the quality of a kitchen, and this one immediately set the tone for the meal. We then tried the salmon sandwich and the chicken sandwich, and both were absolutely outstanding. The flavors, textures, and presentation came together perfectly. Every bite felt carefully crafted, and honestly, the taste was out of this world. The bar program deserves equal praise. The cocktails are creative, beautifully presented, and expertly made. We also enjoyed a local craft brewery beer, which complemented the meal perfectly. It is clear that as much thought goes into the drinks as the food. To finish, we ordered the strawberry cheesecake, and it was incredible. If someone had told me it was gluten-free without letting me taste it first, I would never have guessed. It was rich, creamy, and every bit as satisfying as any traditional cheesecake. One moment that really stood out was when the owner stopped by our table to check on us personally. She was incredibly humble, friendly, and genuinely interested in making sure guests were enjoying their experience. Those personal touches say a lot about a business and the people behind it. You can feel the pride and passion that have gone into creating this place. Beyond the food and drinks, the entire restaurant has a special energy. It feels equally suited for a date night, a gathering with friends, or even a corporate event. The atmosphere is lively without being overwhelming, and the staff make you feel genuinely welcome. Hartford Flavor Cocktail Parlour is truly a gem in downtown Hartford. Great food, impressive cocktails, beautiful design, and hospitality that comes straight from the heart. This is the kind of place that stays in your memory long after you leave. I know one thing for certain: I’ll be back again soon.

I Came here with spur of the moment with a group of four about one hour before they closed. We parked on the street and walked over. We were told we would only have time for one drink but we decided to stay. I ordered the 7 Dirty Words it was made with Wild Moon Sage, Wild Moon 7 Lemon, Gin, Italicus, & Lemon. For $15.00 it tasted great. My partner got the Smoke Break it was made with Mezcal, Wild Moon Sumac, Apricot, Amaro Del Capo, Lime, & Absinthe for $16.00 I got to enjoy a sip :) our bartender was friendly and was moving as fast as he could on such a busy night. He even shared a sour cherry vodka celebratory birthday shot with us! I wish the kitchen would have been open so I could have tried the food. Guess I’ll have to come back !I can’t forget to mention how beautiful the dining area looked!
