Awesome food and very large selection of options from salads to bowls to sandwiches. The food is true to its name and definitely taste fresh. The dressings are also a hit out of the park! Highly recommend checking this place out

I ordered the Chicken Fresco sandwich & the Falafel Bowl (VG) and I added chicken for extra protein absolutely delicious!! Everything was fresh and packed with flavor. I’m on vacation sitting by the pool and wanted a healthy meal, and this came in clutch! I didn’t even get a picture because we ate it so fast..that’s how good it was!

I recently visited Fresh&Co at Sandlake Road in Plaza Venezia and wanted to share my experience. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and clearly eager to help customers, which I genuinely appreciated. However, I did notice a concerning issue with food handling practices. The same gloves were used continuously—handling cashier transactions, cleaning, and then preparing food—without being changed in between tasks. For food safety and hygiene, it would be important for staff to change gloves after each non-food-related interaction, especially after handling payments, before preparing food. I hope this feedback helps improve an otherwise positive customer experience.

Favorite place to eat in Orlando! The food super fresh and they have lots of gluten free options! The staff are very accommodating to everyone’s needs!
