A nice place to relax in the evening eating a good fish, such as stingray, and drinking a relatively inexpensive beer. I've been there many times and can highly recommend it.

Love the grill foods here, the grilled stingray, grilled mutton, grilled pork satay, and the special sauce chicken wings, very tasty!

Cheapest beer price in Sandakan , located in strategic area (bank, restaurant,hotel) ,and this restaurant also have stalls selling variety of foods /snacks which you will not regret to visit .

5 star for the fruits seller during the daytime. Fresh fruit so far, price consider cheap for quality offered! Since its location over shade area, quite comfortable to shop

Attentive, friendly and helpful staff. Just find a seat and they will come to you with menus. Not pushy at all if you're not interested. Pork satay was , honestly best satay I've had in Malaysia after travelling around for 1+ week. Big, juicy chunks of pork in a flavourful marinade, unlike some other satay places which were like slivers of flattened meat. The chinese uncle vendor had an expansive menu as well, all kinds of rice and noodle dishes. He let me customise a special seafood & sambal nasi goreng made to order and hot from the wok. We came back a second time and got the bbq sambal fish, that sambal it was smothered in was FIRE. Great balance of sweet shrimpiness with a good kick My photo doesn't look great, but the fish itself was cooked well (not dry like some other grilled fish we had at other places).
